Greetings Neighbor!
Thank you for visiting the Vulcan Racine Quarry Web site, your official source for anything and everything relating to the quarry, your community and other Vulcan news.
The fall season has flown by and already the holidays are upon us! Here at the quarry, things have been busy as ever. We proudly renewed out commitment to the schoolchildren of our community through our 2008-09 Adopt-a-School program. We are truly thankful for the opportunity to encourage and support the bright stars of our next generation.
As part of our steadfast commitment to safety, we partnered with the Caledonia Police Department and St. Rita Elementary School for the third annual "Be Safe, Be Seen" Halloween safety program. Through this program, costumed children received glow sticks to help maintain visibility as they trick-or-treated throughout the evening.
Our quarry is proud to be part of the Racine community and we are committed to doing our part. If you have comments or questions, we want to hear it. Please use our feedback form or call us at 1-888-6-RACINE.
On behalf of our entire Racine team, I want to wish you and your family a glorious and wonderful holiday season.
Best Wishes, Don Lindner Plant Manager Racine Quarry
